Reserve your place on my custom embroidery calendar for August–January!
This is my final custom booking release of the year, and for the first time ever, I’m opening my calendar through the beginning of 2027.
Each reservation secures space on my calendar for one custom embroidery project and includes a $100 Reservation Deposit, which will be applied directly toward your final embroidery invoice.
How Many Reservation Spots Do I Need?
Most projects require one reservation spot per custom embroidery project.
One Reservation Spot
- One birthday outfit
- One Christmas outfit
- One baby blanket
- One stocking
- One pillow
- One bubble, dress, or romper
- Baby gown + matching hat with a simple embroidered name
Two Reservation Spots
- Baby gown + baby blanket (matching hat with a simple name is included with the gown)
- Matching sibling outfits
- Two separate embroidered garments
Three Reservation Spots
- Baby gown + blanket + sibling outfit
- Three separate embroidered items

Your Reservation Deposit
A $100 Reservation Deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Your deposit:
- Secures your place on my calendar
- Is non-refundable
- Will be applied directly toward your final embroidery invoice (including return shipping, if applicable)
This is not an additional fee—it’s simply a prepayment toward your custom embroidery order.

How to Confirm Your Reservation
After submitting your reservation request, please send your $100 Reservation Deposit via Venmo within 2 hours to:

Please include the name used on your reservation form in the Venmo notes so I can match your payment to your booking.
Once your deposit has been received, you’ll receive:
- A booking confirmation email
- Your custom project intake form
- Shipping instructions
- Next steps for your order

Reservation spots secure calendar availability only. We’ll finalize your design details after your reservation has been confirmed. Clothing items are not included. All garments must be shipped to Seaux Stitched by Kelley at the customer’s expense. Return shipping will be included on your final invoice. Your reservation deposit will be credited toward your final embroidery invoice.

Payment must be received within 2 hours of submitting my reservation request. If payment is not received within 2 hours, my reservation will be canceled and offered to the next customer on the waitlist. I understand that my $100 Reservation Deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward my final embroidery invoice, including return shipping if applicable.
