How Do I Order?
I do not keep any clothing items in stock, I simply embellish customer provided pieces. I release bookings for my custom embroidery calendar 3 months at a time. All release dates will be posted to my social media accounts. Due to the custom nature of hand embroidery I am only able to take on a limited amount of orders each month. Once all spots are reserved, that month is booked. When you reserve a spot for the month you need your items back, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps. All you need to do is send me your clothing item (old or new), I will hand embroider your design choice, and send it back to you!

HOW DO I PICK A DESIGN?
I love helping your hand embroidery dreams come to life! Once you have reserved a spot, I will go over all design details with you. I can do something totally custom, you can send me inspo pics, or you can pick something you've already seen on my feed!
For special events like birthdays, I love to match the party invite/theme of the party. Just attach a pic of the invite or decor inspo to your order intake form and I will come up with a custom design. Another fun special occasion touch is adding your child's birthdate to the clothing. Making it super special + something you'll want to hold onto forever!

HOW MUCH WILL EMBROIDERY BE?
I do not have a price sheet available, since each order is custom designed and stitched by hand, pricing for every order will vary. It depends on design, garment style, fabric, difficulty of embroidery, and time taken to stitch the design. The more detailed a design, the more expensive, due to time taken to complete. I'm more than happy to provide you with an estimate at any time before placing an order.
Once your order is done, you will receive an invoice and full payment will be required before it is shipped out/ready for pickup.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
After reserving a booking, you will receive an order intake form and will select a date you need your item back by. I will have it shipped and you will receive tracking info to align with the date you provide. If something changes after filling out the form and you need your item sooner please let me know ASAP.
